Postal Delivery Options
There is a misconception that Bulk Mail is considered "junk" mail. However it is an extremely
effective, efficient, and certainly the most economically way of reaching a target market. The
rates can be from 50 to 60% less using Bulk Rate permits combined with the proper routing
and postal form software. Our high tech software, data processing systems, and experienced
staff are among the finest in the industry, and will insure that your mailing will be delivered
in the most timely and economical method. Remember in some cases, if processed properly,
a Bulk Rate mailing can be nearly as fast as First Class.
There are three options to delivering your mailing to your specific target market.
1. The Simple Solution
Deliver to our Post Office...If you are out of our region (Northern Illinois) this method
could take longer than the others but it is the most economical. If you plan your
mailing enough in advance you can insure that you meet your deadline requirements.
We will prepare and deliver your mailing to our Main Bulk Mail Distribution Center In
Carol Stream Illinois at no additional charge using our permit and indicia number.
(Other local distribution centers may require a small delivery charge)
2. Mailing from your Post Office
UPS delivery directly to you...If you wish to mail it yourself from your local Post
Office, you could potentially save some time...the drawback is that once you receive it
you must get it there in a timely fashion or you risk further delays & UPS shipping
fees to your office do apply.
We will prepare your bulk mailing with your permit number and indicia, ship, sorted
and bundled in trays, with the required postal reports ready to go to the Post Office.
3. The Quickest Delivery Option
Shipped Priority Mail to your Post Office...If you are out of our region, this is definitely the
fastest way to get your mailing to your target. So if your in a time “crunch” this would be
your best option. Priority Mail fees to your Post Office apply.
We will prepare your bulk mailing with your permit number and indicia and Priority mail it
directly to your Post Office with the required postal reports. This will significantly expedite
the delivery time of your mailing while reducing your postage rate.
One-Time Setup
• Graphic Composition...$75
Includes Graphic set-up, photo scanning or uploading, typesetting, and
personalization of mailer on both sides.
• Postal Certification... $40 (Additional Databases only $25 each)
We will process your addresses or Targeted selection through our postal
software for optimal postage rates and ongoing database maintenance.
• Mailing List Options & Fees
• Input Addresses from your mailing list(s) .19 per address
• Pull Address from our software systems .11 per address
(You provide us with a list of streets or map of your target and we'll do the rest)
• Custom Design Services (Optional)...$95/hr.
• This option is available anytime. Since our design team has created
thousands of custom designs most simple custom projects usually take
less than an hour, we will be happy to give you an estimate based on
your personal requirements.
